MinGym Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and NARVO covering your use of the MinGym app. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use MinGym.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate information, including a phone number you control and your real date of birth. One account per person.
2. What MinGym does
MinGym gives you pay-as-you-go access to partner gyms. You scan a gym’s entry QR code to start a session and its exit QR code to end it. You are charged for the time you actually spend, according to the rate shown for that gym before you check in.
MinGym is an access and payment service. The gyms are independent businesses. We do not own, operate, staff, or supervise them, and we are not responsible for their facilities, equipment, cleanliness, safety, opening hours, staff conduct, or their own membership rules, which you must follow while on their premises.
3. Your account
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share your account, and do not let anyone else use it to access a gym. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Wallet, charges, and refunds
You add funds to a wallet inside MinGym, and gym sessions are paid from that balance. Wallet funds are prepayment for gym access — a real-world service. They are not a bank deposit, they earn no interest, and they are not electronic money or a general-purpose payment instrument.
Depending on your chosen payment method, we may place a temporary hold on your card when you check in, and settle the final amount when your session ends.
Charges for completed sessions are generally final. If you are charged in error — for example a session that failed to end because of a technical fault — contact us at narvoai@outlook.com and we will investigate and correct genuine errors.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your use of their checkout is also subject to Stripe’s terms.
5. Ending a session
You must scan the gym’s exit QR code to end your session. If you do not, your session may continue to accrue charges until it is closed automatically. Make sure your session has ended before you leave.
6. Points and referrals
We may award points for activity and for referring new members. Points have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be changed or withdrawn. We may cancel points and suspend accounts where we detect abuse, such as fake accounts or self-referral.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, photograph, share, or reproduce gym QR codes.
- Do not use MinGym to let another person enter a gym on your account.
- Do not attempt to bypass charges, tamper with the app, or interfere with our systems.
- Do not use MinGym for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and may withhold wallet balances associated with fraud.
8. Health and safety
Exercise carries risk. You use gym facilities at your own risk and are responsible for deciding whether you are medically fit to exercise. Consult a doctor if you are unsure. Any injury, loss, or damage occurring at a gym is a matter between you and that gym.
9. Availability
We aim to keep MinGym running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and gyms may join or leave the network at any time.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NARVO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability arising from your use of MinGym is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. Deletion removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Contact us before deleting if you hold a wallet balance you wish to discuss.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app, and the effective date above will change. Continuing to use MinGym means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
